Bassist, composer, and environmental educator Jason Davis presents a performance of original music for solo double bass which incorporates the voices of people from around the world speaking about their personal responses to the climate crisis. Jason will also discuss his process for carrying out and recording interviews through his initiative Climate Stories Project, an educational and artistic forum for sharing personal stories about climate change. You'll come away with a renewed sense of how your own story and your creativity contribute to an effective cultural response to the climate crisis.
