Never mind the bollocks. Here's Brother Cleve at the Townshend Friday night in Quincy Center.

The legendary Boston DJ, musician, bartender and cocktail historian will spin punk rock classics on vinyl 45s Friday night starting at 10 p.m. while guests fuel their retro angst with $9 cocktails featuring new Tenure English Vodka.


Think of it as a bit of 1970s London right here on the Red Line (directly across from Quincy Center T).


Guests can also enjoy The Towshend's seasonal menu of upscale fare from chef Collin Davis, or select from the eatery's large collection of craft cocktails, local suds or fine-but-affordable wines from bar manager Palmer Matthews.
