For those opting to wear a sombrero, chef Jimmy Regalado will preview his new Blackened Chicken Tacos ($14.99) with mango slaw and chipotle aioli wrapped in Boston lettuce, a lighter take on everyone’s favorite treat that will debut on the menu later this spring.
