Celebrate Wine Wednesday at Chopps American Bar and Grill with a three-course wine
dinner with selections from the USA and around the world on June 12 at 6:30 p.m.
Executive Wine Director, Bruno Marini, has put together an extensive list of wines
paired with Executive Chef Steve Zimei’s delicious food. In the ultimate wine faceoff,
guests will choose their favorite while dining on Seared New Bedford Scallops with
pancetta and corn and Seared Sirloin with roasted fingerling potato, bacon brussels
sprouts, and Chopps sauce.
