This year, spend some quality time with Dad in EH Chocolatier’s professional chocolate kitchen, making your own custom chocolate bars! Using the same chocolate we use and love in the shop, plus an assortment of delicious toppings to mix and match, the creative possibilities are endless. Chef Anne will also teach you about chocolate "tempering" and why it is necessary in order to achieve a shiny finish and snappy texture. Best of all, everyone leaves with their custom chocolate creations!
