Learn the fundamentals of the heartwarming culinary tradition of making dumplings. In this class, you will learn how to make four types of jiaozi featuring vegetables and meats from our farm. Part one will explore the sweetness of daikon radish and winter squash, and part two will star white cabbage. We'll go through the process step by step: rolling the dough, making the filling, assembling the dumplings, and trying the three different methods of cooking them. Be prepared to join the cooking process and taste the delicious dumplings.
