Join us in celebrating AAPI Heritage Month with a cooking class series focused on regional Asian cuisines and their culinary traditions. Each class will highlight a different region and introduce new flavors and techniques.


Explore the bold flavors of Chinese cuisine in this hands-on cooking class using simple, pantry-friendly ingredients and accessible equipment. Chef Thi will show you how to craft Hong Kong-style char siu pork, garlicky greens, and Yu Xiang eggplant in Szechuan sauce, bursting with fragrant spices and a perfect balance of heat and sweetness.


By the end of class, you’ll be ready to recreate these authentic, restaurant-quality Chinese dishes in your own home.

This is an adults-only course. If you would like to bring an adult beverage to class, please feel free.


Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
