We'll be hiking Pemigewasset on this 59 degree, mostly sunny Sunday in November.
This will be a relatively slower paced hike, with many stops to enjoy ourselves and take in the stunning scenery. We will be spending a while soaking in vantage points along the way as well as a nice lounge at the top. Anyone into meditation is welcome to practice when we stop, and we will have plenty of time to properly unwind and take in the life-affirming environment.
If you are looking to go fast, not take your time enjoying the scenery, or go off on your own, this is not the hike for you!
There will have been four snow-free sunny days leading up to Sunday, so I'm hoping any snow and ice will have melted by the time we show up. That said, I really don't know so be prepared with proper footwear.
Hopefully the weather cooperates and this will be a great time. If things change leading up to the weekend, we will have to cancel.
Bring: lunch, 2+ liters of water, good footwear, layers, and a map (digital or otherwise).
