Chick Singer Night (CSN) Boston returns to The Burren in Somerville, MA for their first LIVE show since November 2019. This all-ages live music showcase benefit on Saturday, November 6th at 7PM at The Burren will highlight local female singers/songwriters featuring a talented line-up of established and emerging female artists including CSN Boston Directors Jennifer Truesdale and Marcia J. Macres, Lori Zuroff, Maria Frattura, Patty Brennan, Valerie Giglio, and Jenn Zaroulis. Photos and bios about the performers can be found at http://chicksingernight.com/chapters/boston.


The evening is hosted by Chick Singer Night Boston Directors Jennifer Truesdale and Marcia J. Macres, both local musicians, entrepreneurs and music business owners. There will be acoustic and band performances as well as artists being backed by the incredible CSN Boston House Band made up of seasoned musicians Juli and Jon Finn on guitars, Justin Kolack on bass, Jim Zaroulis on keys, and Bill D'Agostino on drums.


Proceeds from this show will support The Burren Backroom Series. The Burren Backroom Series and Tom Bianchi have been super supportive of Chick Singer Night Boston over the years. This time, we are giving back to the venue.


Tickets are available in advance for $15 online at https://24hourconcerts.showare.com/eventperformances.asp?evt=774. If not sold out in advance, there will be tickets available at the door for $20. Seating available on a first-come basis. While you are listening to this evening of great music, enjoy The Burren's wide variety of yummy traditional Irish fare and drinks.


All attendees must adhere to venue and the town Covid Guidelines: COVID-19 Vaccination card or copy/photo of, and ID To Match OR a Negative Covid Test Dated Within 48 Hours w/ID to match Is Required To Attend This Show. Somerville Currently has a "Mask Mandate" In Place. Masks must be worn indoors, even at tables if not actively eating/drinking.***


CSN Boston's mission is to highlight local female singers/songwriters while raising money to benefit programs that empower girls/women to "find their voice", as well as support local venues. Since 2004, CSN Boston has donated ~$26,000 of the show proceeds to local Boston area music-related organizations, venues and community empowerment programs, thanks to their many generous supporters. CSN Boston is a non-profit organization and relies on sponsorship and donations to cover operating costs. CSN seeks local businesses of all sizes to sponsor the upcoming show and to donate raffle items, so all ticket sales can be donated to the Burren Backroom Series.
