On September 13th Tony will welcome Seamus to his award-winning kitchen at Craigie On Main. Tony and Seamus will cook side by side, bringing seasonal ingredients to new heights from the perspective of Real Food Heals. This will be a very special and memorable evening with two chefs creating spectacular dishes that not only are seasonal but good for you too. Tony shares “Seamus is sharing with his readers and followers the mantra that healthy food can taste really really good. It is absolutely true. My friends and guests know that for me, it’s always about the product; where did it come from; is it in season right now; can we use each and every part of it? Seamus and I are going to be having some fun in the kitchen creating some surprising dishes. I can’t wait!”
