Fresh produce from the local farmer's market is one of the best parts of summertime in New England! This year, celebrate National Farmer's Market Week with Chopps American Bar and Grill’s Executive Chef Steve Zimei at Lexington Farmer's Market. Join us on Tuesday, August 6 at 2:30 pm to sample Chef Zimei’s charred corn and heirloom tomato pasta salad. He’ll be passing out the recipe, so you can recreate the dish at home using fresh ingredients from market.



Chef Zimei has over 20 years of experience working in Boston’s top restaurants. At Chopps American Bar and Grill, he brings his passion for New England’s fresh seasonal flavors to the menu at the modern chophouse, located in Burlington, Mass.
