Summer Gnocchi Sardi with Chef Max
July 9, 3:30-4:15
Join Chef Max Kaklins as he makes Summer Gnocchi Sardi. This dish, made with durum wheat and semolina is fun to make, egg free and delicious. Chef Max is a Cambridge chef born and raised in the Boston area. He has worked in restaurants cooking food from around the globe. He believes you will make the best food using seasonal ingredients sourced locally. He loves to cook bright food with lots of flavor and texture and is excited to share his recipe and cook with you!
Chef Max takes this traditional Italian pasta dish and gives it some local flavors. He uses ingredients like Burnt Corn Husks. Wait… burnt corn husks? YES! He uses sweet local corn, basil and garlic. He tosses in some Aleppo & Shishito peppers to add a bit of heat. Delicious.
We invite you to join us virtually from your kitchen, ask questions, learn from this innovative professional Chef. The recipe will be provided so you can recreate it after class. once you know the procedure.
Registration is required. This class is Free, but we are suggesting a minimum donation of $10.
