Join us as we make the world of cheese less intimidating and more tasty, giving you the tools to talk cheese and make delicious pairings.


Don't know your bloomy rinds from your bloomers? No problem! In Cheese for All, we'll break down the (sometimes intimidating) world of cheese into bite size pieces, no French or Italian pronunciation required. We'll talk through how we categorize cheese at curds&co, and give you easy strategies for creating cheese pairings at home – all while eating and discussing some of our cheesemongers' favorite cheeses, pairings, and wines of the moment. Please let us know about any allergies at Ticket purchase so we can make the proper accommodations.


So that staff and attendees can comfortably enjoy eating and discussing these delicious cheeses and pairings without masks on, all attendees for in-person classes must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. A photograph of your vaccine card along with photo ID will suffice.
