Flowers and chocolate are nice, but cheese and chocolate are even better. With National Cheddar Day and Galentine's Day on February 13th and National Cream-Filled Chocolate and Valentine's Day on February 14th, it's the perfect time to nosh on cheese and chocolate while arranging a heart-shaped cheeseboard to share or keep all to yourself.


Join us for a cheese cheese and chocolate tasting and grazing board arranging workshop led by Life Love Cheese.


We will sample four delicious American artisanal cheeses alongside local artisanal chocolates. Then, we will arrange a heart-shaped grazing board using those cheeses and a variety of accompaniments. Let us introduce you to your new favorite cheese and chocolate combo because feeding people great cheeses and chocolate is the best way to say, "I love you."


We have two ticket options. Arrange your own 10-inch heart-shaped board for the single ticket price ($75). For the Dual Ticket Price ($120) bring someone along and arrange a 10-inch heart-shaped board together. Each of you will have your own sampling plate. One beer or mocktail per person is included in the ticket price.


About your cheese instructor:

Kimi Ceridon, the founder of Life Love Cheese, received her MSME from MIT in 2001. She spent over a decade in tech before saying "Goodbye" to the cubicle and attending culinary school. She has an MLA in Gastronomy and an Artisan Cheese Certificate from BU. She's also trained in cheesemaking at Sterling College alongside Jasper Hill. Now, she is Boston University's Gastronomy Program instructor for the semester-long graduate course "Artisan Cheeses of the World.". Her company, Life Love Cheese, focuses on highlighting American cheese makers and artisans with a special emphasis on the Northeast.
