What makes Chaturanga such a difficult pose? In this workshop, students will explore how to approach it from a number of different angles, learn modifications and begin to incorporate it into their yoga practice correctly. 

This workshop is for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, who would like to dive deeper into this common, yet commonly misunderstood posture. 

Students will learn a number of skills associated with performing Chaturanga, as well as gain confidence in their bodies. Upon completing this workshop, students will be able to practice Chaturanga safely and with progression, regardless of fitness level, length of yoga practice or ingrained body patterns.
