Come tour a selection of Charlestown’s historic houses Saturday September 24th from 11AM to 4PM.
The self-guided tour of neighborhood homes celebrates a long tradition of preservation in Charlestown. From its first tour over 40 years ago, Charlestown homeowners have generously opened their homes and buildings on a crisp fall Saturday in September.
From a grand condo in the Monument Square National Historic District, through renovated neighborhood townhouses to a Firehouse’s open house, the 2022 Charlestown House Tour is a rare chance to explore private houses to see how families have made homes in the historic buildings of Boston’s oldest neighborhood.
On tour day, head to Coldwell Banker, 91 Main Street where you can purchase tickets and pick up your map. Tour goers can travel the route between houses on foot or by complimentary shuttle van.
Purchase tickets online today and / or in person starting September 1st at Junebug, 211 Main Street and Place and Gather, 26 Common Street (cash only.)
$50 presale / $60 Day of Tour
