Phinney’s (aka Phinney’s Friends), a nonprofit that helps low-income people in Massachusetts with their pets, will host Kibbles and Nibbles: Online Cooking Class May 23 from 7 to 8 p.m. EDT via Google Meet. Hosted by Cordon Bleu pastry chef Mika McDonald, participants will be guided in the creation of two delectable treats - oat cake and parmesan cheese crisps - that can be both enjoyed by pets and people. With simple ingredients and tools that can be found in most pantries, this cooking class is suitable for novices and professionals alike. A minimum of $10 donation to Phinney’s secures a spot in the class. Information on how to register can be found at phinneys.org/kibbles-nibbles, where the ingredients and kitchen tools for the class are also listed.
