Truly, madly, deeply… Love, passion, and opulence frame Chameleon Arts Ensemble’s 24th season finale. Also on the concert are Messiaen’s Thème et variations for violin and piano; Charles Martin Loeffler’s Deux Rhapsodies for oboe, viola, and piano; Franz Liszt’s Romance oubliée for cello and piano; and Steven Stucky’s scenes of intimacy and longing from the dazzling Poetess of antiquity, Sappho Fragments for soprano and chamber ensemble.
