1:30 - 3:30 Part II - Let it Flow
Take the chakras to a whole new level in this very special workshop devoted to freeing and enlivening these seven energy centers through the dance of the chakras. Everyone welcome, regardless of size, age, sex and fitness level. Absolutely no experience needed to enjoy this practice, which includes both deep stillness and ecstatic movement.
