During this workshop, we will focus on crystal healing, its benefits, and how you can use crystals in your everyday life to improve your overall general quality of life. Melissa Vieira says, “I have been using crystals for years and they have reduced my need for medications for chronic health concerns, along with improving the overall wellbeing of my entire family. Some of the easiest ways to incorporate crystals into your life are through meditation, chakra cleansing, or even just wearing pretty jewelry and decorating your home.


During this class, you will learn about proper placement on both your body and in your house to help keep the vibrations of your spirit and mind high as well as the energy of your home clean and pure. You will be provided with easy to remember tips on how to best utilize your crystals for your needs, as well as how to tap into your intuition so you can choose what crystals are best for you. Cleansing your crystals is an essential part of making the most of your crystal healing and I will also go over the various ways to do so. There will also be time at the end of class for questions. Please bring a notebook. A basic understanding of the chakra system would be helpful but not necessary. I am so convinced your quality of life will be improved by these “pretty rocks” because it’s exactly what they have done for me.
