The Central Square Business Improvement District is set to present the second annual Asian-inspired Central Square Night Market on Saturday, September 20 at University Park. Hosted in partnership with the Boston Night Market team known for curating high‑energy, multicultural events, the night brings the excitement of Asia’s bustling street markets to Cambridge, creating a space where neighbors, visitors, and businesses connect. The one‑night celebration will offer a lively beer garden and delicious food from over 30 local vendors and food trucks, including everything from Uyghur hand-pulled noodles and Jamaican classics to South Asian street food and sweet treats, that reflect Cambridge’s global community. Participating vendors and food trucks Rensauce BBQ, Tandoor and Curry On Wheels, Frosty Ice Cream, The Kettle King, Silk Road Uyghur Cuisine, Room 4 Sweets, Bake & Bites, R&S Jamaican Restaurant, Hetty Sweets and Savory Foods, and more. Guests will also have the opportunity to shop unique retail offerings alongside food, featuring local makers and small businesses.
In addition to food, drinks, and shopping, guests will experience cultural showcases, interactive games, lantern-lit spaces, and immersive photo installations designed to capture the energy of Asia’s iconic night markets.
