Ayurveda is the oldest system of medicine in the world and the new frontier of wellness. In collaboration with Dr. Pratibha Shah, an internationally renowned Ayurveda expert and one of the newest faculty members of the Boston Ayurveda School, we are hosting an Ayurveda Day celebration, which is part of a global initiative to promote and preserve the health science of Ayurveda. Dr. Anjali Singh, another recent addition to the Boston Ayurveda School faculty, will discuss why the science of Ayurveda is so relevant today and how we can integrate Ayurvedic practices into our Western lives, specifically in the transition to Fall and Winter. Erika Fritz, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, will lead us through seasonal daily routines.

The global initiative is being anchored by India Foundation's Center for Soft Power under the guidance of these internationally renowned Ayurveda experts – Rajiv Vasudevan, Dr. Ram Manohar, Dr. Pratibha Shah, Dr. Partap Chauhan, Dr. Pooja Sabharwal.

This event is open to the public and free of charge.
