At nine, the season of love is all about decadence. This Galentine’s and Valentine’s Day, guests are invited for an inspired, six-course tasting menu experience at Beacon Hill’s hottest new dining spot. With the city’s best views of Boston Common and the State House, nine is the ideal location for an evening in Boston’s most romantic neighborhood. For two nights only, the culinary team at nine will be offering an exclusive six-course tasting menu featuring seasonal ingredients, refined technique, and elegant presentations designed for what’s sure to be a romantic evening. In addition to the six courses detailed below, Bar Manager AJ Maroney has thoughtfully curated a list of wine pairings to elevate each dish, including white, red and sparkling wines.
