This special event has been put together to celebrate gender and sexuality diversity and inclusion this pride month. There will be live music by DJMDALY (@djmdaly) accompanied by a yoga experience taught by Yalith. Begin your journey with a celebratory vinyasa flow, focusing on big expressive movement and taking up space. Follow with a guided 20 minute rainbow-inspired Yoga Nidra, leaving you feeling rested and in tune with your inner power. Everyone is welcome as we explore what comes beyond the binary in a loving and accepting space. Feel good, do good, as all proceeds will go to benefit the Trevor Project, an organization that provides life saving support and resources to LGBTQ+ youth.
