At Avery Bar in The Ritz-Carlton, Boston, mixologist Joel Atlas is playing around with colorful spirits and having lots of fun in June with his special PRIDE cocktail called I SEE YOUR TRUE COLORS SHINING THROUGH.
Inspired by the 80’s smash hit, True Colors by Cyndi Lauper, the drink, like the song, is meant to celebrate the true quality of any person's character, personality, style, orientation through color.
The I SEE YOUR TRUE COLORS SHINING THROUGH PRIDE cocktail is made with pineapple, Aperol, Avery Gin, Crème De Violette, Blue Curacao and soda water, and is garnished with a colorful orchid and pineapple leaf. The cocktail will be served during Pride Week, Tuesday 6/4 - Saturday 6/8.
