The 1927 is made with El Dorado 12yr Rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and a Ritz-Carlton House Ice Tea Blend.


Avery Bar Mixologist Joel Atlas says this about the rum cocktail special: "Our ice tea is from J'Enwey Tea Co. and our blend is composed of bourbon vanilla rooibos, dried cranberries, rose hips, hibiscus and a hint of vanilla. This pairs perfectly with the tropical fruity and spicy tones of the rum. The rum’s hints of honey and dark sugar are mellowed by the iced tea and lime juice to make this a delightfully elegant cocktail. It’s still full bodied, rich with flavors of fruit and spice, but perfectly refreshing for a late summer evening.
