Artisan Bistro at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston is pleased to offer Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 12th from 10 AM – 4 PM.


Price per person is $95.00 per person, plus taxes and gratuity; children under the age of 12 can order from the restaurant’s children’s menu (special pricing.)


And for young guests, Artisan will also offer a floral bouquet bar curated with fresh cut flowers from neighboring Chaba Florist where children can build a floral bouquet for Mom, compliments of the restaurant (one per table, please.)


The Mother’s Day Brunch menu, courtesy of The Ritz-Carlton, Boston’s Executive Sous Chef and Artisan Bistro Restaurant Chef, Joel Eugene, includes:


Buffet selections: Fruit, pastry and dessert buffet


First course, choice of:

New England clam chowder

Smoked bacon, soda bread

Spring onion soup (GF)

Crème fraiche

Lobster cannoli

Tarragon aioli, micro celery

Granola toast

Almond butter, cranberry toast, strawberry confiture

Caesar salad (NF)

Red and green romaine, garlic croutons, parmesan, black garlic dressing


Second course, choice of:

Eggs Benedict (NF)

Butter toasted English muffin, hollandaise, home fries 

choice of Canadian bacon, short rib, crab cakes and spinach tomato

Bombay toast (NF)

Brioche, warm buttered lobster, herb ricotta, poached egg, spicy aioli, chef’s salad

Steak frites and egg (NF, DF)

Hand cut fries, grilled sirloin, asparagus, sunny side egg, chimichurri

Seared salmon (NF)

Cheese tortelloni, smoked tomato, pancetta, champagne beurre blanc

Also available during Mother's Day Brunch is a delicious Bakes for Breast Cancer dessert, made by Pastry Chef Christopher Goluszka. This dessert, pictured, is a Key Lime Cheese Cake with vanilla tart shell, raspberry mousse, blueberry compote and whipped cream.
