Boston Medical Center in partnership with 33 Munroe presents its 5th Catwalk for BMC Cancer Care, the hospital’s annual fashion show to benefit cancer programs on June 23 at the State Room in Boston. BMC cancer patients and staff, special guest Joe Andruzzi, former New England Patriot and cancer survivor, emcee Jadiann Thompson, WHDH-TV 7News Anchor, professional models, and local celebrities will showcase unique creations by featured designers and stylists, such as Candice Wu, Christina Pierce, Stephanie Raymond and a men’s segment with looks by Lord & Taylor. The event, presented by Liberty Mutual Insurance, begins at 7 p.m. with a cocktail reception, followed by the fashion show at 8 p.m., and dessert, music and dancing at 9 p.m. Tickets are $300, with proceeds benefiting cancer support services at BMC, including patient navigation, support groups and activities, special events, and integrative medicine therapies.
