Brewers' Notes: We love us some single-hop beers around here and ever since we started making them we've been just itchin' to throw Belma into the mix. It's a lightly fruity, strawberry-and-honeydew hop that brightens things up whenever it's around, so we figured we'd give it center stage and let it shine in a nice 'n' dry saison! It's a perfect sendoff for the summer, and it'll go great with all that last-minute grilling you're trying to cram into the remaining warm weekends.

Bone Up Brewing is the Boston area's smallest brewery! Husband-and-wife brewing duo Jared and Liz Kiraly crank out fresh new beer every week from their 3-barrel nano brewery and taproom.
