With winter in full swing, Fenway’s Cask ‘n Flagon is heating things up with the release of a seasonal cocktail menu featuring steamy “Winter Warmers” designed by bar manager Eric Hecht. The five signature spiked concoctions ($8.50 each) are each topped with a heaping pile of whipped cream for the perfect amount of sweetness.
The creamy indulgences capture the most quintessential tastes of the season with a duo of boozy hot chocolate options such as the Coconut Brownie with Malibu rum, amaretto, hot chocolate and cocoa powder and the Chocolate Mint with white crème de mint and green crème de menthe. For those who enjoy a kick of spice, the Cinnamon Apple Crisp combines cinnamon syrup, Jim Beam vanilla and hot apple cider and the decadent Cinnamon Butter Rum is made with Rumchatta, butterscotch schnapps and hot coffee; both are finished with a cinnamon and sugar dust. Rounding out the collection of comforting, liquid treats is the Cask House Coffee made with Christian Brothers Brandy, Grand Marnier, Kahlua, and hot coffee topped with cocoa powder.
