We've got the late night craving here at Bergamot. The 'Boston City Limits' Texas Barbecue was such a hit that we decided to have some more fun! This time we're taking you to the Carolina Barbecue country and serving a couple whole smoked hogs, a low country shrimp boil, cheddar grits, hushpuppies, and sweet-roasted peanuts.


Paul is planning to get in on the whole-hog fun as well, serving Pork Slap beer in a can and Whistle Pig whiskey cocktails at the bar.


Greg Klyma and his bluegrass band will be in the restaurant playing some tunes and we're looking forward to seeing you!
