Lauren has built her coaching practice around sharing the many life-changing tools and lessons she’s learned. She’s helped her clients build confidence in themselves, clarity around life decisions, and emotional resiliency in the face of challenging times. In addition to coaching, Lauren is the Cofounder of Thriving Places Collaborative, helping organizations build a greater sense of belonging among all neighbors through community development.
