This holiday- themed exercise class will include low impact cardio, full body conditioning, and finish with core exercises. After class, enjoy a brew or two from Turtle Swamp Brewery. This class will be a donate what you can class upon entry. All proceeds will go The Home for Little Wanderers, a local organization who helps build stable lives and hopeful futures for children who are abused, neglected or at-risk.
