Schedule:

Workshop 1: 2:00pm - 3:30pm (1h30)

"Close Embrace Technique"

*Description: In this class, we’ll explore the key elements that build a high-quality close embrace—one that creates a supported and intentional container where trust and surrender can naturally unfold. Through presence, awareness, and relaxation, we’ll learn how to both offer and allow support, deepening the connection and unlocking a more conscious and nourishing dance experience.

Workshop 2: 3:45pm - 6:15pm (2h30)

"Flow Into Head Movement"

*Description: In this class, we’ll explore how to create a fluid, connected dance by working with energy and flow. Leaders will learn how to guide and redirect movement by influencing the follower’s internal energy in a clear, sensitive, and organic way. Followers will practice how to receive, process, and respond to that energy with ease and awareness. We’ll build up this dynamic gradually, leading to the final portion where head movement emerges naturally from the flow, rooted in connection and mutual trust.
