You’ll learn how to prepare icing, color, level, fill and frost a cake. We’ll start with different piping techniques including stars, rosettes, shells, drop flowers and leaves. Then, you'll decorate your cake with guidance from Sandra. Bring a 6, 7, or 8 inch unfrosted single layer cake to class and a box or cake carrier to transport your finished cake. Icing and tools to use in class will be supplied. You’ll take home instructions and decorating tools including tips, bags, couplers and a cake circle. Instructor: Sandra Frezza
