The Dante Alighieri Society of Massachusetts wants to share some exciting news for our members and all those who love anything Italian and wish to have a chance to ‘chiacchierare in italiano’.
Starting on Sunday, September 25th and every last Sunday of the month, the Dante Cultural Center will host an open house from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Our center is located at 41 Hampshire Street in the heart of Cambridge, just minutes away from Kendall Square.
In this convivial setting, participants will have the opportunity to mingle with fellow members and, of course, with local Italophiles who share a common desire to experience Italy. More importantly, all will have the chance to chat in Italian, regardless of how well you speak, affording everybody a chance to maintain and/or increase their proficiency and language skills.
Please join us during our first monthly Caffe’ Dante open house, enjoy an espresso and learn more about our mission to promote Italian Culture and Language. In addition, detailed information regarding our upcoming ‘Autunno at the Dante’ cultural events season will be available.
Our inaugural event will feature Luigi Grasso who will entertain us with lots of memories from the Italian songbook.
