Who doesn’t love a little freaky fizz, some elegant effervescence? Taste across the many types of bubbly because oh HONEY there are plenty. We’ll cover the what’s and how’s of bubbles, spend a deal o’ time dissecting what the heck mouthfeel means when there’s bubbles in the equation, and show you some cheeses that go the distance with these fizzy friends. 


All class tickets include drink, cheese, and pairing flights, an interactive and engaging education, and discount to shop after the class. Please let us know about any allergies at ticket purchase so we can make the proper accommodations.
