Join the BU Arts Initiative for the first event in our Arts Initiative Virtual Series, as we welcome three world music experts to discuss Global Music Today.
Our panelists, Marié Abe (BU Global Music Festival Artistic Director & Associate Professor of Music, Boston University School of Music), Michael Birenbaum Quintero (Associate Professor of Music, Boston University School of Music), and Brian Keigher (BU Global Music Festival Producer & Artistic Director of the World Music Institute), will discuss what is global music and its place in culture, plus they'll share what's new and hot for you to check out and how you can broaden your playlists with some outstanding music.
