Brazilian food is known as a multicultural cuisine due to its rich immigration culture. In this interactive class, you’ll learn all the secrets to cook some delicious traditional dishes perfect for a weekend brunch! We will start with Tapioca de Goma (Tapioca Crepes), then make Feijoada Vinheta (Brunch-Style Feijoada), next enjoy Salada de Couve (Shaved Collard Green Salad), and finish with Doce de Leite na Travessa (Dulce de Leche Dessert).
