Start your Sunday off with Broga® yoga and beers. Brew up your own breath and energy with poses on the mat and then stay after class to enjoy a glass of brew and socialize with fellow students. Strong, energetic, and challenging, Broga® combines the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, cardio-working, stress-reducing, clarity-enhancing yoga postures with functional fitness exercises for an amazing workout. The mission of Broga® is to offer men real tools for coping with daily stresses and demands through an accessible yoga-based fitness program. All yoga levels welcome.

Pre-registration is required. No drop-ins allowed due to site considerations. All participants must be 21+.

Yoga class starts at 10:45am. Please arrive 10 minutes before to set up your mat and have your ID with you.
