Snack & Learn! Edith Block, LICSW joins us to talk Setting Boundaries during Back-to-School Season. Of course, there will be cheese!!
Here at Life Love Cheese, we are all about supporting mental health. That's why our tagline is "Eat Cheese. Be Happy." While cheese can bring happiness, we can use a little extra umph to increase our happiness quotient. So, we thought it would be a great idea to host a series of events focused on mental health while snacking on cheese.
In a series we are calling "Brie & Boundaries", we are partnering with Edith Block, a licensed social worker and inclusive marriage and relationship therapist, to talk about creating, maintaining and communicating personal boundaries.
For this back-to-school edition, Edith will talk about learning to set boundaries with your children while eating brie without them!
Saying "No" to any of the things or even all the things out there can be hard. During this discussion, Edith will talk about some strategies for staying connected with the world while protecting some boundaries.
We know, it's a scary topic. So, we are providing a mini grazing plate of comfort cheese and a sample of two wines to help you through.
Edith Block, LICSW specializes in relationship building and connecting with others because relationships are extremely important event though they can be challenging at times.
