Bridging the Borders: An Exhibit by Debajyoti Biswas

EventThem Studios is thrilled to present our second exhibit with Debajyoti Biswas, entitled Bridging the Borders. On view from September 1–29th. Discover Debajyoti’s latest collection of watercolor pieces capturing moments inspired by his personal photographs and travel experiences.

Whether I am around Boston and New England or traveling anywhere beyond the United States, the world becomes one large canvas. As a photographer and artist, I try to capture more than the appearance of a place. I hope to convey the atmosphere, emotion, and story of a moment, and create connections between places that may seem far apart.

For me, painting is a way of bridging borders—not only between places, but between memories, experiences, and the emotions that make those places meaningful. My inspiration comes from the world around me—cities, nature, birds, trees, sunsets, and people. Through my artwork, I hope to share not just what I have seen, but the feelings and stories behind those moments.
