Support an incredible local organization while getting in a great Saturday brewery workout. We've teamed up with our friends at InnerCity Weightlifting on a fun workout event at our Cambridge Crossing "CX" taproom on August 13th.
Join us upstairs at our CX taproom for an all-levels circuit style workout, led by InnerCity Weightlifting trainers. The workout includes exercises for the entire body, with modifications to meet every fitness level. All you need is a pair of athletic shoes and a comfy workout outfit!
InnerCity Weightlifting (ICW) is a non-profit here in Cambridge with the mission to amplify the voice and agency of those most impacted by systemic racism and mass incarceration, through and beyond personal training. Their model uses the gym to replace segregation with economic mobility, by connecting student trainers with local clients. 100% ticket sales will benefit InnerCity Weightlifting's ongoing work.
Each ticket includes full access to the class and early access to our taproom, which opens to the general public at 1 pm. Doors will open at 11:15 am, and the workout starts at 11:30 in the upstairs taproom.
