Two of Beacon Hill’s oldest churches – King’s Chapel and Church on the Hill - join musical forces for a performance of Brahms’s beloved Requiem in a recent organ arrangement of the orchestral score by the acclaimed Danish organist Knud-Erik Kengen. Andrew David Mattfeld conducts and Heinrich Christensen plays the C.B. Fisk organ in King’s Chapel’s historic sanctuary. Nina Evelyn, soprano, and Juan Suarez, baritone, are soloists.
