Explore the history and art of medicinal botanical spirits and make your own custom infused spirit to take home!
In this workshop, we'll explore how some of the most famous spirits began as treatments for common ailments.
Participants will taste the botanicals that are responsible for the signature flavors of gin, chartreuse, rum, elderflower liqueur, and others.
We'll taste various botanical infusions and participants will develop their own custom, botanical blend to create their own infused spirit.
