Step off the sidelines and onto the court!

Bostonet’s Catchball School is a beginner-friendly session created specifically for women looking to get active, have fun, and find a welcoming community.

What is Catchball?

Played on a volleyball court with a volleyball net, Catchball (Mamanet-style) replaces bumping and setting with catching and throwing over the net. It takes less than five minutes to learn, keeps you moving the whole time, and offers a great workout without the high pressure.

What to Bring: Athletic clothing, indoor sneakers, and a water bottle. Knee pads are welcome if you have them.

Space is limited to ensure court time for all participants.
