Boston Wounded Vet Run to Host 7th Annual Motorcycle Ride

WHAT:
Boston’s Wounded Vet Run is pleased to announce its 7th Annual Motorcycle Ride taking place on Sunday, May 21st. Each year’s ride is dedicated to different disabled Veterans, with proceeds going towards housing modifications, recreational objects, cars, and essential living items to help improve the quality of life for wounded war heroes. This year’s ride will support five of New England’s most severely wounded Veterans. Honorees include Cpl. Paul Skarinka, Sgt Joshua Bouchard, SSG Brandon Boyd, SSG Kenny Butler, and SSG Brie Sullivan.

Riders take off from Boston Harley-Davidson and end at Suffolk Downs Race Track where they are welcomed by non-riders for a celebration and ceremony to recognize the 2017 honorees.

Tickets are $20 for riders, $10 for passengers, and $20 for walk-ins.

WHY:
Boston’s Wounded Vet Run was founded in 2011 by Andrew Biggio. The motorcycle ride and demonstration is dedicated to wounded veterans from New England. 100% of proceeds go towards housing modifications, basic living needs, or charities of the injured Veteran’s choosing.
