Boston Wine Festival - Copper Cane

Celebrating thirty years of food and wine, the annual Boston Wine Festival has evolved into a world-renowned series featuring winemakers from some of the world’s best wineries. Through three decades of developing the Festival, Executive Chef Daniel Bruce has created more than four thousand original dishes, each one designed to perfectly complement the special wine with which it was served. The Boston Wine Festival offers guests sensational events hosted by the world’s top winemakers.

Fifth generation winemaker, Joe Wagner, whose family founded Caymus, returns to share with us his new venture, Copper Cane. Showcasing wines from Oregon, Sonoma and Napa, Joe will present a wide range of varietals at this highly anticipated dinner. Wines featured will include Elouan, Belle Glos and Quilt.

The wine seminar will begin at 6:30 p.m. with dinner to follow at 7:30 p.m. for $185 per person. For guests only interested in dinner, tickets are $155 per person and dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m. The event will take place in the iconic Atlantic Room at Boston's only Forbes Five-Star waterfront hotel, Boston Harbor Hotel.
