From handoffs, to upgrades and even renewals, there are so many moving parts to a customer's journey that details are bound to be missed, and it starts to seem almost impossible to be perfectly aligned with your Sales partner.
Well, on May 9th, we’re putting the best and the brightest in Boston to the test. You’ll have an opportunity to show Sales and Customer Success leaders how you achieve a strong partnership between the two departments at your organization.
Expect to walk away with new ideas, tactical processes you can implement at your organization, and, of course… some new Customer Success friends!
