City-Wide Friends of The Boston Public Library is hosting a fantastic AUGUST BOOK SALE. Still plenty of time to stock up for your summer reading. There is something for everyone! Most hardcover books are $2, all others $1, unless specially marked. CD’s & DVD's $1 per disc. LOTS of SPECIALS for August include: all Children's & Young Adult books as well as all CDs are BUY ONE/GET ONE FREE. All foreign language books & foreign media also – BUY ONE/GET ONE FREE! LOTS OF BOOKS, VCDs, CDs, DVDs in Chinese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Russian and German as well as other languages. Be the first to purchase our new book bag….Amazing deals! We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, checks, Apple Pay. All proceeds benefit Boston Public Library programming at the Central Branch as well as all the 25 neighborhood branches! We will also accept book donations for future sales at this event.
